My main activity is in the start-up and management (including PR, marketing, brand development, target evaluation and product positioning) of Food & Beverage services in hotels.
I personally take care of planning all the services for breakfast, coffee breaks, business lunches, buffet, catering, lunch, aperitives, tea-time, dinner and gala dinners, with the priorities of quality service – young, fast, attentive and international – and excellent primary products of certified origin and always tied in with the season and the territory.HostariaStarhotels Grand Milan
